Our bakery is the heartbeat of Grizzly Lounge. Every morning at 4 AM, our bakers begin the careful process of creating breads, pastries, and sweets that have become West Yellowstone staples.
We use traditional techniques—long fermentation, hand-shaping, and wood-fired baking—to deliver flavors that mass production simply cannot match. Our sourdough, croissants, and seasonal fruit tarts are made in small batches to ensure perfection.
